写作助理（Chinese Writing Tutoring）项目为清华同学提供一对一的个性化写作指导，并为国际生们提供地道的中文辅导，开设中文写作辅导专场活动。
学习发展中心在岗写作助理为在校研究生或优秀高年级本科生，国际交流经验丰富，学术、实用写作能力突出，学科背景横跨工理文经管法教艺。能够对各种类型的长短文进行逻辑梳理、行文优化与文字润色，并为国际学生提供日常中文交流的指导。自2020年起，线上与线下服务同步展开，来访咨询更加便捷灵活。咨询满意度超过 98%。所有服务都免费向在校学生提供。不仅有每晚值班辅导，还有国际生专场中文写作工作坊、专业选择申请文书指导、期中/期末阶段论文指导等专场讲座。
Chinese Writing Tutoring Program offers one-to-one advice on the structure, style, wording, and phrasing of articles/coursework/diaries and so on for students in Tsinghua, and special activities for Chinese writing tutoring are held.
The peer tutors are graduate students & excellent college seniors from various disciplines at Tsinghua. Experienced in translation & cross-cultural communication, academic writing & publishing. Disciplinary background includes engineering, economics, management, law and art teaching, etc. The peer tutors help logically sort out, optimize, and polish various types of long and short texts, and provide guidance for daily Chinese communication for international students. Since 2020, online and offline services have been launched simultaneously, making consultation visits more convenient and flexible. About 1200 students are visited annually, and the satisfaction rate is over 98%. All services are provided free of charge to students. There are not only on-duty tutoring every night, but also special lectures for international students such as Chinese writing workshop, guidance on application documents for major selection, midterm/final thesis guidance, etc.

“专注共写训练营”（Shut up & Write）是一种以“静默共写”为核心的结构化写作活动，旨在为论文与学术写作提供高质量的专注时间与清晰的推进节律。活动采用分段式专注写作流程，参与者先简要陈述本轮写作目标，随后进入多轮静默写作时段，并在阶段间进行短暂休息与进度反馈。现场配有写作助理支持，参与者可在需要时获得针对结构、逻辑或推进策略的即时建议，帮助将研究思路有效转化为文本，降低写作焦虑并促进论文持续推进。
Shut Up & Write is a structured co-writing session designed to provide uninterrupted, high-quality writing time for students working on theses or academic assignments. The session follows a simple rhythm: participants briefly state their writing goals, engage in several rounds of quiet, focused writing, and share short progress reflections. There are no lectures or lengthy discussions—only a supportive environment where everyone writes together. This format helps transform clear ideas into actual text, reduces writing anxiety, and promotes steady progress.
